2024 Holiday Lights & Sights “Light Fight” Overview & Rules:
Thank you for joining us for the 3rd annual Light Fight.

The contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations visible from the outside through windows.
Participation is open to all residents of Scappoose or anyone within the Scappoose School District boundaries.
Participants should ensure all lights, animations, and decorations are in place and activated from December 1st through December 31st.
Participants must pick up their yard sign on November 25th or 26th at the Watts House between 10 and 5. Contact us if these dates and times do not work, and we will arrange another pickup date.
Winners will be notified via email on December 20th and will receive an additional yard sign to display.
Participants must agree to have their addresses and photos of homes posted online for public viewing.
Businesses are welcome to participate, but currently, prizes are only awarded to residences.
Voting will take place online and via paper ballots. Paper ballots and maps will be available at City Hall and local businesses. Ballots can be dropped in the mail slot at the front door of the Watts House. Winners will be chosen based on the number of votes received.
